How do I book a photography session?

Booking your photography session is simple. Get in touch through my website and tell me a little about the session you're looking for. I'll help you choose the most suitable option and provide the relevant package details.

Once you've decided to book, I'll send you the booking information, questionnaire and terms and conditions, together with the invoice or payment link for your deposit.

How do I secure my booking?

A deposit of €200 is required to secure your booking. Once the deposit has been received and your booking arrangements are completed, your session date can be confirmed.

For newborn photography, we plan around your due date rather than setting an exact session date months in advance. Simply let me know as soon as your baby is born, and I'll arrange a suitable session date in the following weeks.

When is the remaining balance due?

The payment schedule depends on the photography package you choose. For packages where the balance is due when the proof gallery is ready, the remaining payment is settled before you make your final image selection and album arrangements.

For my newborn package, the total price is €485, including VAT, with a €200 deposit and a remaining balance of €285 due after the session.

Your invoice will explain the payment arrangements applicable to your booking.

How long does it take to receive my photographs?

Every image is individually selected and professionally edited to ensure the finished collection reflects the quality and style of my work. The turnaround time depends on the type of session and my current workload.

I'll keep you informed about the progress of your photographs and let you know when your gallery is ready. If you have a particular deadline or occasion in mind, please mention it when booking so we can discuss what's possible.

What happens after the photoshoot?

After your session, I carefully review and edit the photographs before preparing your proof gallery, where applicable to your package.

You'll then be able to view your photographs and select your favourites according to the package you've booked. Once your selections are finalised, I can prepare your finished digital images and, if included, begin designing your album.

For packages that include an album, you'll have the opportunity to review the album design before it goes to print.

What is a proof gallery?

A proof gallery is an online gallery where you can view the photographs from your session and choose your favourite images.

It makes selecting your photographs convenient, as you can view the collection from home and take your time deciding which memories you'd most like to keep. The proof gallery is used for image selection; the final edited images and any included printed products are prepared according to your package.

How will I receive my photographs?

Your finished digital photographs are delivered through an online gallery, allowing you to view and download your images conveniently.

If your package includes a printed album or other photographic products, these are arranged separately after your image selection and any required album-design approval. Printed products are professionally produced to create lasting keepsakes for your family.

Can I purchase additional photographs?

Yes! If you fall in love with more photographs than those included in your package, you can purchase additional digital images.

My additional-image options are:

• 1 additional image: €25

• 5 additional images: €90

• 10 additional images: €175

• 15 additional images: €240

All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW). Please refer to your package information for the number of images included in your session.

How long does it take to receive my album?

Once you've selected your photographs and approved the album design, your album is sent to the professional print lab for production.

Production and delivery times depend on the lab's current schedule and shipping. I'll keep you informed about the process and let you know when your album is ready to be delivered or collected, as applicable.

Can I change my booking if something unexpected happens?

I understand that family life doesn't always go according to plan, particularly when you're expecting a baby or caring for a newborn. If something unexpected happens, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation and the available options.

For newborn sessions, I already plan around your baby's arrival, so there is no need to worry if your little one arrives earlier or later than expected.
